Do you deliver and set up the inflatables?
Yes, we deliver, set up, and take down all inflatables, so you can focus on enjoying the party. Delivery fees may apply based on location.
What space is required for inflatables?
Each inflatable requires a flat, open area free of obstructions. If you’re unsure about the space available, we can help you determine the best option for your location.
Are your rentals suitable for indoor parties?
Yes! Many of our inflatables and table and chair rentals can be used indoors, provided the venue has adequate space and ceiling height.
What happens if it rains on the day of the event?
Weather can be unpredictable. For safety reasons, inflatables cannot be used in heavy rain or strong winds. We offer flexible rescheduling options if the weather doesn’t cooperate.
Can I pick up the rentals myself?
For most items, we offer delivery and setup services to ensure everything is installed correctly. However, some smaller items may be available for self-pickup—please inquire when booking.

We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially during peak party seasons, to ensure your preferred items are available.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a deposit to secure your rental items. This ensures your chosen items are reserved exclusively for your event.
